Are you an organized, reliable professional with a servant-hearted attitude? New Hope Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Church Secretary!
In this vital role, you will serve as the administrative and communication heartbeat of our church—supporting our pastor, staff, and congregation while managing daily office operations with professional discretion.


What You’ll Do:
      *Office & Communication Administration: Act as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and manage daily church communications.
      *Publications & Tech Support: Prepare weekly bulletins, maintain the church calendar, and assist with digital communication platforms.
      *Records & Ministry Support: Maintain organized church filing systems, update membership records, and provide administrative support for special events and ministry leaders.
       *Financial Support: Assist the Treasurer by posting weekly contributions and helping with accounts payable processing.

What We Are Looking For:
         *Active membership in a church with regular weekly attendance.
         *Previous administrative or office experience (preferred).
          *Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
          *Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, email systems).
          *A proven ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
